Start with the event journey
List where guests or customers meet each printed item: invitation or welcome point, table, favour station, retail counter and takeaway bag. This prevents decorative pieces from being added without a clear purpose.
Build a transport-friendly set
For events that require shipping, prioritise flat, lightweight and stackable components:
- Labels and seals for favour packaging.
- Business-size information or thank-you cards.
- Printed paper bags or foldable tote bags.
- Flat acrylic signs and small counter displays.
- Coasters and compact promotional pieces.
Avoid structures that are difficult to protect or uneconomical to transport in the planned quantity.
Keep one visual system across materials
Paper, film, fabric and acrylic reproduce colour differently. Use the same logo, type hierarchy and general palette, then accept controlled material differences instead of forcing every surface to look identical.
Selective foil, clear film or acrylic depth should support the event theme rather than appear on every item.
Information to prepare
Share the event date, required arrival window, item list, dimensions, quantities and artwork. For signs, show the display location and mounting method. For bags and labels, show the object or packaging they must fit.
Reviewing the complete set together makes it easier to keep size, hierarchy and finish consistent across products.
