Roll labels are printed on a continuous web, optionally laminated for finish and protection, then slit and rewound to the specified width, repeat length, core and wind direction.

How to brief us
Share the label width, label height, repeat length, quantity and substrate. For multi-up labels, include one artwork file showing all positions.
Application and handling routes
- Hand application: confirm a comfortable roll width and whether the label must be easy to peel while packing.
- Machine application: send the applicator model, core requirement, maximum roll diameter, copy position and inside or outside wind.
- Writable information: a suitable face stock and print area can be prepared for dates, batch notes or warehouse marking.
- Cold storage: freezer and cold-chain uses need an adhesive selected around both the application temperature and service temperature. Test on the real package before production.

How wide is one label?
Custom — share the label width, label height and repeat length. Inside vs outside wind is confirmed on the artwork proof.
Can you slit the roll to a specific width?
Yes — slitting is part of standard production for roll labels.
What core sizes are available?
Several core sizes are available. Confirm the applicator model or hand-use requirement because the core, roll diameter and wind direction must work together.
Can roll labels go on curved bottles?
Usually yes for cylinders. For very tight curves, share bottle photos and we will recommend a film and adhesive combination — and may suggest a sample test first.
